Specifics: Seahorse Condo is a two-story contemporary condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico. You'll have 1,700 sq feet of open, bright and airy accommodations that include a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and ceiling fans in every room.
You can enjoy your morning coffee on either of the two private balconies and watch the surfers take the waves on the best surfing spot on the beach. You'll have a vacation filled with beautiful sunrises, warm waters and relaxing breezes.
Our quiet piece of paradise is on a beautiful, non-crowded beach and is ideal for strolling or long runs, swimming, surfing, kite flying, dolphin watching, shelling and fishing. Just across the street is a great local's hangout Peg Leg Pete's - known for their seafood, oysters and nightly music. A few minutes drive into downtown Pensacola will give you a myriad of restaurants and shopping.
We furnish everything except beach towels! Upstairs, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and queen in the second bedroom. Downstairs there is one bedroom with two extra-long twin beds. We even have a gas grill for doing a little gourmet grilling on the balcony.

RENTAL RATES
A separate refundable security deposit will be required on all rentals. The security deposit will hold your reservation.
In-Season: April 1 - August 31
Daily: $200 to $325
Weekly: $1,250 to $2,250
Off-Season: September 1 - March 31
Daily: $160 to $225
Weekly: $1250
We do offer special rates for last minute renters. Please email us for a rate quote on your vacation dates! Higher rates may apply for holiday weekends and special events - like the Blue Angels Show. Monthly rates are available.
RENTAL POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONS
In Season: April 1st to August 31st. In Season typically rents
for a 5 night minimum.
Off Season: September 1 to March 31 there is a 3 night minimum. Higher Rates may apply
to holidays and special events for both the Off Season and In Season.
The security deposit will hold your reservation for your specified dates. If arrival date is less than 45 days out, the deposit and full rental payment is required to hold the reservation.
Minimum age requirement is 23 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation. No student groups allowed. Any reservations made under false pretense will result in forfeiture of security deposit and eviction.
Full payment of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept cash,
travelers checks, cashiers checks and money orders. Sorry, credit cards are not
accepted at this time.
CANCELLATION
For a full refund minus a $75.00 reservation fee, a 45 days notice prior to your scheduled check in date is required. Cancellation 20 to 45 days prior to the scheduled check in date will result in a $300.00 charge. Cancellation 19 days or less, the full balance of rental will be due.
DEPOSIT
The owner will return your security deposit 2 to 4 weeks AFTER
YOUR DEPARTURE DATE as long as: 1) there is no damage to the unit or it's
contents; 2) all keys, parking passes, etc. have been returned to the condo
owner; 3) all linens and towels are accounted for; 4) there are no long
distance phone charges; 5) there has been NO smoking in the condo.
Your security deposit will be refunded back to you by check.
CHECK-IN
Check in time is between 3:00p.m. and 5:00p.m. Central Time. The owner must be notified if you will be arriving after 5:00p.m. so arrangements can be made for key pick up.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11:00a.m. Keys must be returned to the owner as instructed at check in. There will be no refund for early check outs.
